I am going to start a series of videos designed to help the coaches, parents and players in my community understand the game of boys lacrosse as I do. These videos will be short and to the point emphasizing some basic concept of lacrosse that may be fairly obvious to college and pro level players, but which aren’t always obvious to high school and below. I hope these voice over videos are helpful.
In this first video, the offensive team is going to demonstrate how you set up a defense to over rotate to the ball so you can execute a simple 2 v 1 to score. This is a boys lacrosse offensive fundamental that all players need to understand and embrace because it is the foundation of any good offense. I hope this is helpful!
