My name is Paul Limpert and I am the Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach at Mason High School in Mason, Ohio, and was formerly the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach for 12 years.
I was one of the original founders of lacrosse in Mason Ohio in 2003 along with my co-founder, John Horning, and I was the original girls lacrosse coach.
My mission for the past 15 years has been to build up boys and girls lacrosse in my community to a point where it provides youth players with the opportunity to be part of the growing community of lacrosse players in our community and beyond. I’ve had the pleasure of watching many of the players from our program develop into college level players all the way up to Division 1, and my mission is to continue to develop players in our community and beyond.
The Limpert Lacrosse Academy was started in 2008 as a local summer camp that spanned the entire summer allowing lacrosse players to have the opportunity to be fed lacrosse training on a continuous basis so that their skills would continue to grow and develop during the summer when many were regressing in their game. My mission in 2014 and beyond is to grow this initiative, expand the audience and service as many players’ needs as possible through hands on training in individual, small group, and large group settings as well as providing internet resources that enhance the abilities of players from out side our Academies reach as well.
